He is an alumnus of Leadership Canton. He is also a member of the Rotary Club and He and his family reside in Canton, Michigan. 
Michael is also a "Master Motivator" and has been inspiring, encouraging and motivating people groups to achieve their goals, dreams and desires for over 25 years. He has helped hundreds to maximize their potential by using their God given gifts, talents and abilities.

When Michael Dudley was offered the opportunity to interview for the Operations Supervisor Training, an 18-24 month accelerated training program with McDonalds Corporation, he was excited, enthusiastic and eager to dive into the program. Glossie Garney, the manager that recruited Dudley, arranged several interviews and within two weeks he was invited to participate in this extensive, fast paced, challenging program, reserved for only the select few who have proven leadership, perserverance, committment and dedication skills in the industry from which they are coming.
After having been in the non-profit arena for the last 16 years he knew that entering the corporate arena would be an interesting venture. "When I was offered the opportunity to participate in the Operations Supervisor Training program I was thrilled as I knew that the training, personal development and mentoring would be second to none", said Dudley. This coveted training program is intense, interactive and demanding, only the most tenacious and determined individuals finish.
As a "McOpCo Operations Supervisor" his goals and objectives are as follows, "to provide leadership, coaching, and direction to their patch through people development and improved restaurant operations, to maximize the long-term sales and profit of each restaurant".
Michael oversees Operations of stores in the Highland and Brighton area of Michigan.
